The bearer of a Medican ID is protected under the Equality Act 2010, THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998, aND the Data Protection Act 2018 ( UK GDPR ),
It is unlawful to discriminate, deny service, or demand disclosure of private medical information related to prescribed CBPM’s.

If challenged, simply scan the QR code on the card, it will verify the patient's active treatment status and immediately present a complete legal summary of all rights, protections, and penalties applicable for any interference or unlawful action.
This includes potential civil claims, regulatory fines, and criminal liability.
