On the public website, consent may be requested for service updates, eligibility follow-up, contact forms, and optional analytics cookies. These choices do not create a patient-service relationship.

Care decisions

Future care decisions should be made through secure patient channels with a qualified clinician, based on individual history, records, risks, benefits, alternatives, and patient preferences.

Information sharing

Information should only be shared where there is a suitable lawful basis, consent where required, or another clear governance reason. Partner pharmacy involvement should be explained where applicable.
