Public pricing pages describe intended clinic fees. Final payment terms should be confirmed before checkout and before patient services open POST CQC approval.
Separate costs
Clinic fees are separate from medicine costs, partner pharmacy charges, and delivery charges where applicable. These should be shown clearly before payment.
Refunds
Refund eligibility should be explained before payment, including what happens if the clinical process does not proceed or if an appointment is cancelled.
Before live
Final refund windows, cancellation cut-offs, failed-payment handling, and partner-payment responsibilities should be approved before the live payment flow is enabled.
